Managing Director. Amber brings many years of experience in HR and Business Administration to the CYT Seattle team. After obtaining her Bachelor's Degree in Human Development from Cal State University, Long Beach, Amber worked extensively in the private sector. Most recently she served as an executive administrator facilitating treatment and behavioural services for children with Autism Spectrum Disorders. In addition to her work as CYT Managing Director, Amber also works as an Independent Sales Consultant for Arbonne International. However, she finds her work as mother to two delicious toddlers (Emma, 4, and Brody, 2) and wife to Brandon, the most rewarding of all.
Artistic Director. My journey with CYT began as a student when I was 16 years old and I was cast as the Cowardly Lion in the Wizard of Oz. After that experience I taught classes, directed shows and eventually served as Artistic Director for CYT North Idaho. I have spent time on, off and all around the stage in theaters from Spokane to New York City. My most recent gig has been running a summer camp in New York with 700 campers experiencing our summer program. All that being said, I am looking forward to helping CYT become an important and exciting part of the Seattle (and all of it's surrounding) community and watching it grow into an organization that serves youth and their families in service to our Lord. If you have any questions, concerns or just want to chat, please do not hesitate to contact me, I am always available via email and we can definitely find a good time for a phone call.
Area Coordinator:South. Born and raised in Texas, Samantha moved with her family to Washington in the summer of 2015. She has a Bachelor's degree in elementary education and a Master's in curriculum and instruction. Both degrees were completed at Texas State University in San Marcos, TX: Eat 'em up cats! She spent 18 years as an elementary teacher in Texas teaching grades, first, second, and fourth. Her last 7 years were spent providing intervention services for grades K-5. With God's guidance, her oldest daughter Reagan tried a summer theater camp with a group called Christian Youth Theater. 8 shows, 5 camps, and numerous classes later, it was the start of a whole new family. Along the way, her youngest daughter Lauren joined CYT as well. It was a sad day when the Baas family had to say goodbye to their CYT San Antonio family. But where one door is closed, another is opened and God brought a CYT affiliate to Seattle. Samantha is so excited to take on a leadership role with CYT Seattle and prays for guidance in this new position. She looks forward to continue the growth of CYT Seattle.

Tarri Williams has worked in theatre for over 30 years as an actress, stage director, music director, and even backstage crew.
